How can I order Photo Services?

You will need to create an account on the client login to order photo services. Do I have to book online?

Booking online is convenient and instant. While you can still email us directly to book a shoot, response time is much slower.

What area do you service?

We are based in Fremont, CA, and include up to 30 miles of travel with every photoshoot at no additional cost. Our standard service area covers most of Alameda County (including Fremont, Livermore and so much more), San Mateo County up to Foster City, and much of Santa Clara County. This includes cities like Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Campbell, and most of San Jose (North and Central areas). For locations beyond 30 miles such as South San Jose (Blossom Hill, Edenvale), Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and San Francisco, a travel fee may apply. We’re happy to confirm the distance for you in advance and provide a custom quote if needed.

How will I get my deliverables?

We use a platform called Spiro to deliver all your content (it also handles our booking and invoicing). When your content is ready to be delivered, you'll receive an email from "Kenny Teng Photography." Click the download link and you'll be taken to a page that has everything in one place for download. It's super simple to use!

How and when do I pay?

Invoices are attached to the email sent to you or via Kenny Teng Photography order page via Spiro. Click the download link we emailed you and scroll all the way down until you see the order. From there you can pay with your debit/credit card for convenience!

Do you charge travel fees?

We charge a travel fee for any listing located outside of our service area after 30 miles.
