Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready for the scheduled photoshoot.
Please review the “Get Ready for Your Photoshoot” guide to ensure the home meets these requirements.
If the property is not ready upon arrival, a site visit fee may be charged to cover time and travel.
Kenny Teng Photography is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture.
Rescheduling may be possible at a discounted rate for a second visit.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your photoshoot. This helps us reserve your spot and get everything ready for your home. Payments are simple and secure through our order form.
Once your photoshoot is complete, all payments are final. This ensures we can continue providing high-quality service to all our clients.
To make sure your shoot goes smoothly, we encourage you to check out our “Get Ready for Your Photoshoot” guide. This helps your home shine, and any issues discovered during the shoot won’t affect your booking.
If you’d like to reschedule or add extra services after the shoot, we’re happy to help! Additional fees may apply for these services.
Paid photoshoots must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Kenny Teng Photography, depending on the situation.
If a shoot is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a $250 cancellation fee will apply, as that time was reserved on the calendar and may not be able to be filled with another booking.

Turnaround time for final deliverables is typically 24 hours after the photoshoot.
Expedited services are available for an additional charge.
Images are licensed for the client’s personal or business use only and may not be altered or resold without permission.
Kenny Teng Photography retains all rights to images and may use them for promotional purposes.

Liability is limited for delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including weather or technical issues.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of California (CA).
